Magnesium Spray: Shake well. Spritz 3–5 times onto neck, shoulders, back, legs, or feet, then massage in or let it absorb. Great after a workout or a long shift.
Magnesium Cream: Warm a small amount between your palms and massage into neck, shoulders, and anywhere you carry tension. Make it part of your routine about 30 minutes before bed.
A light tingle is normal, especially the first few times or on freshly shaved skin. Patch test first. Avoid the face, broken skin, and sensitive areas.
